O’Oysters has a mission is to make oyster feasts happen anywhere, anytime. “Our service is unique but straightforward: we source fresh, great-tasting oysters, deliver them to the site of our customers’ event, and shuck them to order with style and a smile.” You can find Lucas Myers, owner and operator of O’ Oysters, shucking in Monument Square in Portland during farmer’s market season, at your favorite brewery, and at festivals. Lucas is also available to shuck at weddings, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, places of business, corporate gatherings, educational tastings with friends, or simply for some backyard fun.
