Opened in 2005 by Nancy Pugh and Rob Evans, Duckfat is proud to be independently and locally owned. Chef Rob was named “Best Chef Northeast” by the James Beard Foundation in 2009, Duckfat is also a three-time Food Network Chopped Champion restaurant.
